Systematizing the Value-Based Approach

Establishes the REDESIGN Network (RED-N) and creates a robust framework to define, assess, and embed value-driven principles in food system transformation. This WP lays the conceptual foundation for the entire project.
Co-Creation & Living Labs

Implements three Living Labs across Europe where inclusive, community-based solutions to food system challenges are co-designed and tested. This WP brings theoretical approaches into real-life experimentation with direct stakeholder involvement.
Governance, Policy & Exploitation

Focuses on translating project outcomes into actionable policy recommendations and upscaling strategies. It also explores governance models to support long-term sustainability and impact of the REDESIGN solutions.
Communication, Dissemination & Engagement

Maximises the visibility and reach of REDESIGN by developing compelling communication strategies, engaging stakeholders, and fostering public awareness. This WP supports broad dissemination and community involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
